H2Gold provides wastewater treatment plant service for all areas within the Sunshine Coast, Noosa Shire, Gympie and Moreton Bay Regions.

At H2Gold it is our duty of care to advise the homeowner when the service is scheduled and when we will be accessing your property. It is important to us that you are contacted by email/phone or text to advise of the upcoming service. We will never access your property without notice provided to you. Once the service is completed we will issue you an invoice for payment. The Service Report will be issued to the homeowner and Local Council. Please note that we do not undertake any maintenance and repairs without your knowledge and consent.

Our service technicians are trained in all aspects of wastewater service and are licensed with the QBCC. All service technicians must hold a relevant license with an Onsite wastewater maintenance endorsement.
